Our origin
Why we started Vidette.
A handful of independent MSP owners across Australia kept seeing the same pattern: clients outgrowing them, getting absorbed by national consolidators, and quietly losing the relationship they'd valued for years.
We thought there should be a third path — one where independent firms keep doing what they're great at, and a shared framework handles everything that requires scale. Vidette is that path.
